A discovery journey into the benefits of Reiki, Universal Life Force Energy, transmitted also from afar
Reiki: Universal Life Force Energy. Perhaps the best known practice for holistic wellness, energy balancing, and regeneration. Developed in Japan in the mid-1800s by Mikao Usui, and then taken to the Western world, Reiki is based on the use of hands as channels through which the universal energy is transmitted. Reiki can also be transmitted remotely from afar.
I am a Reiki Master practitioner. I was initiated to First Level at the Reiki International School in Italy, by one of the Reiki Masters who in turn had been initiated by this discipline’s Italian pioneers just returned from San Francisco, United States, in the early 90s. I then gained the Second Level initiation at the Kathmandu Centre of Healing in Nepal, with a Reiki Master of Buddhist religion. I was then initiated to Reiki Master – Third, Fourth, and Master Level – again in Milan.
I am also a Kundalini Reiki Master practitioner, a method created by Danish Reiki Master Ole Gabrielsen, to reawaken, realign and reinforce our Kundalini energy flow.
This mix of Western and Eastern learning allowed me to explore both approaches and mindsets. But the key teaching was the same: “Follow your heart”.
